Terry Robinson is a fantastic agent. He was so easy to work with and incredibly helpful at each step in the home buying process. He also was very patient in waiting for me to get my finances in order and obtain a pre-approval letter-- never pushed me to see homes before I was ready. And, once I found a home to buy, then he worked even harder to help me craft an attractive offer, negotiate to have repairs covered by the sellers, and even obtained quotes and a contractor to perform the repairs! I couldn't have been more pleased with how things turned out. I don't believe I could have negotiated such favorable terms by using the "average" real estate agent!!
